Returns and Refunds

Orders that have not shipped:

If your order has not shipped, you can cancel your order and request a full refund.

Orders that have shipped:

We only accept returns and grant refunds when your order is incorrect and/or damaged.

We require you to provide image and/or video proof of incorrect items and/or damaged items.

Contact us for a return code that must be included with your returned package.

If your order shipped free, then return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

If you are returning items because you were shipped the incorrect item(s), Sticker Haul will re-imburse you for the amount you pay to ship the item(s) back to us up to the equivalent of what Sticker Haul paid to ship the item(s) to you. We will not reimburse you for signature confirmation and/or any insurance you purchase for the shipment.

We recommend you pay for tracking when sending back item(s) to Sticker Haul.
